Landmark Site Contractors is a California Corporation based in Perris, California. We have customers throughout the state however our focus is in Southern California. We operate under a General Engineering “A” license and specialize in site grading, wet utilities, dry utilities, concrete improvements, fine grade, masonry, and paving. We offer turnkey proposals for new construction as well as comprehensive consultation and construction for maintenance and remediation needs. Our management staff has an aggregate of 85 years of experience in construction, engineering, materials sales and management. Our principals include a Professional Engineer, and a former executive with the largest asphalt and aggregate supplier in the Western United States. Our sole aim is to partner with our customers in order to provide the absolute best quality, service, and construction at competitive market prices. GRADING Landmark Site Contractors provides grading packages to include site demolition & clearing, over excavation and recompaction, import materials, export materials, finish rough grade for site improvements, pad finish & certification, and soils stabilization and dust mitigation. PCC IMPROVEMENTS Landmark Site Contractors provides PCC installation to include foundations, slabs, curbs, curbs & gutters, flow lines, ribbon gutters, drains, culverts, boxes, sidewalks, and PCC paving. In addition, our PCC division is qualified in decorative, stamped and colored PCC, exposed aggregate finishes, ADA ramps and access designs. We also offer masonry site work including block garden walls, retaining walls, trash enclosures, mow curbs and cast in place walls. AC IMPROVEMENTS & INSTALLATION Landmark Site Contractors has extensive knowledge of asphalt pavement systems. We offer installation of paving packages to include fine grading, aggregate base placement and AC paving from small parking lots to roads and Cal-Trans projects. Our experience with the varying uses and methods of asphaltic concrete are second to none.
